A philosopher who lived from 2113 to 2194.

Wrote a book called ‘Musings’ during the twilight of his life, upon which he collected a great deal of words of wisdom.

“A rose, once cut, is little more than a fading memory, and in time it shall wilt.”

“Life ends quickly, and we become little more than memories in dust. Enjoy every breath, and only take sleep when exhaustion forces your limbs still.”

“Sometimes it seems that we are all just chasing after a fading memory of a dream.”

“What is stronger, the hillside, or the rain, which will eventually wear the hillside away to nothingness?”

He is also known for later discourses with several priests about the natures of the Divines and their roles in the mortal realm. His discussions became so popular and well-attended that nearby restaurants and taverns began setting up tables within the outskirts of the temple to feed the people who had spent several hours listening to Cyarnos.

After his death in 2194, a small cult of self-proclaimed “Cyarnists” arose and tried to challenge the religious beliefs of the time. However, this cult was short-lived, as most involved would merely parrot the words of the philosopher without expanding upon the ideas.

Years later, Irren Striona would cite him as one of his main inspirations into seeking out the deeper meanings of life.
